What We’ve Achieved
We carried out community outreaches and interacted with locals in various communities. Through these outreaches we did mass sensitization and also educated people about their Sexual Reproductive Health Rights. (SRHR).
CSN together with BUF conducted a rapid response activity under the theme “Feed My Family.” This was aimed at solving the hunger and famine situation brought about by the COVID-19 crisis. Through donor remittances, we were able to donate food supplies to a total of 90 families in Karangura Village.
Together with BSC and Jabulani Arts Cultural Hub we wrote, filmed and released a short film titled “Pleasure Disorder.” This motion picture focused on premarital relationships, teenage pregnancies, drug abuse and HIV/AIDS.
CSN together with Aperture and Imagine Her(IH), we worked on a documentary/tutorial on how a girl child or woman can make reusable sanitary pads at home. Through this, we achieved both girl child and woman empowerment
